SMART Attachment functionality is working again

SMART Attachment functionality is working again.

Agencies may resume attaching documents to transactions.

If a new supplier was added this morning without the W-9 or other documents being attached, please submit a ManageEngine Service Desk ticket with such documents attached. The SMART Team will add those attachments to the Supplier record in SMART over the next few days.

All ManageEngine Service Desk tickets submitted today regarding Attachments will be closed. If you encounter a new problem, please submit a new ManageEngine Service Desk ticket.
