PO Change Orders Using Email Override

To maintain dispatch history, email destination lines on the Email Override page can only be used once.

Once the Email Override page is used for PO dispatch SMART will no longer dispatch via email to the default email address from the supplier.

When creating a Change Order for a PO that used the Email Override functionality, a new destination line with email address will be required. If there is no need for the Change Order to be emailed, the dispatch method can be changed to ‘Print.’ 

If your agency has any Change Orders that have not dispatched as expected, please review them to see if additional action is required.
