SMART Phone PO Dispatch Method

The SMART Team is requesting that the “Phone” PO dispatch method no longer be used because it causes an issue when the PO Dispatch process runs during Hourly Batch:





When a PO does not need to be dispatched directly, such as via email or fax, please select “Print” as the dispatch method instead of “Phone.”

For those with the Super Buyer role, please be mindful of the default Dispatch Method value when copying a PO, and change it to “Print” as needed.
